About Star Trinkets

Star Trinkets was started in March 2012 by Susan, the writer of the nail polish blog, The Subtle Shimmer. Both the blog and the shop were started because of her love for nail polish and for craft-making. Star Trinkets was registered as a business in Singapore on 15 May 2012.

Currently, we offer two main categories of products: nail lacquer from international brands, as well as costume jewellery and accessories handmade and customised with your choice of nail lacquer.

We offer a range of settings for the costume jewellery and accessories. We are always sourcing for new settings. So far, the settings offered tend to be reflective of our own tastes and preferences. We will also continue to work on new designs for the settings we create (mainly bracelets and dangling earrings). If you have suggestions for different types of settings, we would love to hear them.

At the bottom right of the page, you will find a list of links to blogger reviews of Star Trinkets products and creations. If you’re new to Star Trinkets, these may give you an introduction to us. Do note that some of these reviews were written before we launched this current site, and may have made references to our previous sale avenues.
